We LOVE Step2! We especially love their amazing selection of playhouses for the outdoors! We already have two playhouses and Gavin just adores playing in them. They provide hours of time for both individual and group playtime. So when the opportunity came to review the Gather & Grille Playhouse we were really excited!

For a sizzlin’ good time, gather in this playhouse with an extended area for grilling & hanging out with friends! Made in USA of US and imported parts. Accessories and electronic components made in China.

When you open up that great big box this is what you end up with. While I’ll admit that it looks incredibly overwhelming it wasn’t. In fact Johnny (my 10 year old) put the entire thing together in 20 minutes without anyone’s help. Seriously. He did need a screw gun to get the job done but that was it.

Once it’s all set and together it is something. The size is larger then the other two we have but well worth it.

First of course you must start with the door bell.

When you walk into the “house” it’s really spacious!  Johnny, Gavin, and I all fit nicely inside. You can stay toasty and warm by the fire too!

In fact, Gavin can’t even touch the tippy top.

There’s plenty to do too! You can start by using the stove. The knobs make a clicking sound when you turn them.

When you’re done using your dishes make sure to put them in the sink!

Then it’s like there’s a patio off the side with the grilling area!

Your child can flip the top just like Dad! There’s always chicken and hot dogs cooking too!

The knobs click when turned here and there is a nice little hook area to hang your utensils when not in use.

It comes with the utensils as well as the ketchup and mustard bottles! I do wish it came with a hamburg and hot dog or even a pan for the stove. We’ll grab some plastic ones from the kitchen set he has in his room.

While you wait or eat there is even a fun place to sit! You could easily fit two to three kids at once.
