Crocs Shoes have been a favorite of mine for years now. For some reason it seems for people they are a love or hate relationship. The haters of course have never actually worn a pair though. For the last two years I have been wearing a pair of pink fleece Blitzen Shoes. Hubby hates them but it hasn’t stopped me from wearing the bottoms right off them!
I love Crocs because they are incredibly practical shoes for the cold wet weathers. No matter what the weather is outside I know my feet will be warm and dry in my Crocs. I love that if I step in a puddle I don’t have to worry about them soaking my socks. If my preschooler steps on my feet I know I can just grab a tissue and wipe my shoes clean. While my hubby thinks they aren’t “attractive” shoes I could care less because I will take practical over pretty any day of the week!
So when I had a chance to pick a pair of Crocs to review I was ecstatic!I wanted to prove my hubby wrong and show him that Crocs can be both pretty and practical!
So I chose the Claire Boot! I thought it was a perfect mix of pretty practical.
I love that these boots are still rubber on the bottom so I can freely move around my day without worrying about not only what I’m stepping in but keeping my boots clean. I love that the entire boot isn’t rubber. The top of the boot changes over to Croslite™ material footbed lined with synthetic fur for ergonomic comfort and fit. I like that it is movable and breathable. I can tuck my pants into them if need be to pull them down and over. The inside has warm inside that helps keep me warm.
I love that they added in rubber soles to these boots. My Blitzen Shoes are still in great shape but the bottoms have worn out making them dangerous. I feel that this will help the life of the Claire Boots extend much longer. Plus, when I wear them I can feel the difference in the stability these when the bottoms hit the ground.
The Claire Boots come in several different patterns and in my opinion they are all great choices! I couldn’t even decide between them all so I actually told them to surprise me. I was disappointed at all when I got the black and pink ones in.
