The 60-ounce dispenser makes it quick and easy to fill balloons. Simply pump the plunger, stretch the balloon over a small nozzle, and pull the trigger to fill.
The Pumponator will fill balloons with water or air. Includes 500 balloons and string for tying.

Then simply fill the Pumponator with water and put the top back on. Then you pump the handle up and down for a minute. When you pull the trigger it will release the water. It will work with or without the balloon on it and it will work even without water to blow up the balloons regularly which is pretty cool!
One fill up will get you 4 balloons!
