Doozer’s is inspired by the “Fraggle Rock” characters, and it features the four Doozers kids from Doozer Creek, known as “the Pod Squad,” who put their ideas into action. I was obsessed and loved “Fraggle Rock” as a kid so I was excited to see what this new show Doozers would be like.
The animated preschool series DOOZERS focuses on four Doozers kids, a team of best friends who live in Doozer Creek, a fantastical, modern, and eco-friendly community. Dubbed “the Pod Squad,” Spike, Molly Bolt, Flex, and Daisy Wheel bounce from one fabulous kid adventure to the next, engaging in exciting projects and having a blast playing together.
The Pod Squad loves to DESIGN, CREATE, and INNOVATE. These Doozers are DOERS – they put their ideas into action! If that sounds like work, think again! What kid wouldn’t want to design their very own Doozer Derby racing car, fly in a jetpack (or better yet…fly with a kaleidoscope of butterflies!), or build a giant life-sized gingerbread house?! Whatever they are doing, the Pod Squad always manages to have a fantastic time!

We are house hunting and in the car all the time lately trying to get settled after our big move. Hayden is bored out of his mind being in the car for hours. Doozers is the perfect show to keep him entertained. Episodes are 12 minutes long which is just long enough to keep him occupied, but short enough that he isn’t watching a TV show for too long.
It is nice to have another little show that both Hayden and I can enjoy. I liked that the cute characters of the pod squad encourage team work. They also teach perseverance when a problem isn’t quickly fixed. The pod squad works together until they have their problem solved. Hayden loves that they have amazing inventions like the “animaloculars.” He is always talking about being an inventor and a scientist when he grows up so Doozers is perfect for him.
