Over the weekend we had blueberry pancakes. I made a ton of batter and filled it with the yummy blueberries we picked by the pound over the summer. I laid them out on cookie sheets and placed in the freezer until frozen and firm. Then placed in freezer bags and in my deep freezer. Now I’m just a minute from pancakes (that I KNOW what they are made from) and I don’t have to do all the dishes.
Which is good because Sawyer loves blueberry pancakes.
I mean he LOVES them.
Now if he could just use his fork….

Oh, wow, what a face! I like to freeze pancakes too. It’s wonderful to have an easy, filling breakfast handy even on mornings we have daycare/school/work.

Blueberry face! Sometimes I stress out about getting messy, but this is a great reminder to relax and let my kiddo enjoy himself when he eats, even if it means a bath afterward. π
