I was so glad to be invited to participate in last week’s chat. While we love being outdoors and using the grill truth be told we aren’t good at using it or being daring enough to try new things. Being able to participate in the chat definitely gave me so many new ideas, tips, and recipes!
Lucky for you they saved the chat and you can see it all!

The first recipe that George made was the Santa Fe Chicken Packets recipe from Ready Set Eat.com and it was brilliant. I don’t know why but the idea of using a tin foil packet never dawned on me. Suddenly the ideas were pouring through my mind for both vegetables and meats! I can’t wait to actually give them a try!
Then the recipe I shared with you guys last week for the yummy Cheddar Jalapeno Bacon Burgers that my husband loves was the featured recipe chosen! It was so exciting! Of course like my husband George found them absolutely delish and loved how I included the ingredients IN the hamburg instead of ON the hamburg.
He also answered many questions we had! One question I had was how to cook corn on the cob in the husk on the grill. He had great tips and to hear them all simply watch the video above! You’ll be glad you did!
