Created by Nickelodeon Home Entertainment and distributed by Paramount Home Entertainment, Dora the Explorer: Dora’s Christmas Carol Adventure will be released on DVD with all-new packaging, including the Countdown to Christmas Calendar, on October 5, 2010 for the suggested retail price of $19.99. The DVD also includes the Emmy®-nominated “Nochebuena Song” music video. The 50-minute movie also contains 6 extra minutes exclusive to this DVD.

Synopsis:
Dora meets Dickens in this holiday special starring everyone’s favorite curious kid. After trying to steal Dora’s Christmas Star, sly Swiper has to find his way back to Santa’s good side, and Dora agrees to help. Together, they go to the past, present, and future and learn that Christmas isn’t just about gifts and glitz. Dora’s Christmas Carol Adventure features all-new musical numbers that will have children singing along.

DVD has a running time of 52 minutes.
The Dora CD is the a great Holiday CD for kids! Gavin LOVES this CD but I won’t listen to it again until after Thanksgiving. I will definitely pack this into our Christmas Decor as it is a fun, kid friendly way to enjoy your holiday music!
