When I went to the Wilton Tent Sale I stumbled upon this baking pan. I didn’t know what I would do with it but loved the idea behind it. I now use it all the time. My favorite is for when we have our friends over for dinner. I’m usually already struggling making sure dinner and appetizers are running smoothly and by the time dessert rolls around I’m done. Until this pan! I love it with brownies especially and want to show you the perfect way to cheat your way through dessert!
I used to use Pam but since I was shown this Bake Easy Spray by Wilton I’m hooked. It doesn’t leave behind that sticky residue that Pam does.
Pour your batter (1 box) into the separate squares.
Bake accordingly to the box. You can check with the nifty Wilton Cake Tester. I used to have the Pampered Chef tester and still probably do somewhere but because it was literally just the stick I lost it regularly. I love the yellow handle on this one.
I then put the brownies on my nice little plates.Here is where the cheating comes in. I also discovered this Brownie Drizzle at the Tent Sale. It comes in Mint, Peanut Butter, and Vanilla. The peanut butter is by far our favorite.
Now before you pull this out kick all your guests out of the kitchen. Since it has a point tip you literally just heat and use.

OMG!! yUM!!! Thanks for sharing this! I can’t wait to go out and buy my own…what a nice way to make beautiful desserts! And they are portion controlled…no more of my hubby cutting 6 inch by 6 inch brownies!!!

I want one of those pans as those brownies look delicious!
I love this for two reasons: 1. Everyone in my family wants the “edge”, and 2. My little girls always argue over who got the bigger piece. With this pan, everyone gets the edge and the same size piece! Plus, the uniform look would look nice for bake sales, party trays, etc.
That is amazing!!!! I want one for me and one for my MIL. I have never seen those before. I have seen those that they sell on TV that are similar but I doubted they worked as well as they claim. That looks so very professional. And the icing on top looks amazing as well. I am just blown away by how cool that is. What a great find.

Love this! I will use red / pink / white stripes and cheat for our V-Day party! My plates need to be different though
