When I heard about Karito Kids I was truly inspired! Their dolls come with so much more then a doll! Yes, you get a gorgeous doll that your child will love but she comes with a story to tell. Not just on her box either. Each doll comes with a hardcover chapter book that your child can completely get lost in and truly open the doors to their imagination!

That’s not it though! Each doll also comes with a kids passport and special online code that opens up an entire virtual world as well! Plus, when you enter your child’s online code 3% of your purchase amount (suggested retail) is donated to help children who are less fortunate! When they go online they can enter the codes from each item and even decide which category gets the donations! They can chose from: school, home, health, or food!

I love when toys can be more then just toys. I feel that Karito Kids have not only given the gift of imagination to each child but have opened the doors to discuss heritage and the gift of giving to others in times of need as well. Plus, they can bury their nose in a book versus a video game! If your child loves the adventure books you can also order all the books individually!

We had the chance to review Pita from Mexico. I chose her because my niece has Mexican in her and I thought a doll with some heritage would be a great idea! She’s completely into these larger dolls that can be dressed and played with. This doll is 21 inches and is poseable. I wish they had a Portuguese doll though!
I love this doll. She is absolutely stunning. Her hair is long and pretty. Did you know its wigged so you can wash it after all those special hair styles you give her! Her eyes are my favorite as she has such life like eyes and even real lashes!
Her limbs are all constructed from vinyl with no phthalates added while her body and soft. She is hand strung as well. She is a doll that would definitely make a little girls favorites list this holiday season!
