Have You Tried the Swiffer Sweep & Trap #NewFromSwiffer

SAMPLEI’m a HUGE Swiffer fan. I use several of their products when it comes time to maintaining the clean in my home. If I had to lug out all my heavy duty cleaning gear to keep my house clean all week long it would be a nightmare. During the week when I’m on my own with the kids I need things to stay as easy and simple as possible. Cleaning with cords is a huge hassle with me. I want something I can grab one handed and go. I want something that I can do with a toddler on my hip. I want something that doesn’t leave a cord behind for me to trip on.

Swiffer Sweep & Trap

Enter the Swiffer Sweep & Trap. It’s the newest Swiffer product to hit shelves! It requires no cords and no batteries! It comes out of the box in several pieces but assembly is a breeze and takes 30 seconds to get out of the box and into cleaning mode. It even comes with two dry sweepings pads.

When you set it up you will push the sweeper pad in place and then it actually goes in the back. It trails behind and makes sure that’s not just picking up the large pieces but the small dust pieces too!

When you are done just pinch the center prongs to release the dirt tray, dump, and replace back into the Swiffer Sweep & Trap. Now you’re ready for next time.

Swiffer Sweep & Trap

The Swiffer Sweep & Trap along with my trusty old pal the Swiffer Wet Jet make a great team. Together they leave my floors free from stepped on goldfish and yogurt flung from Sawyer’s high chair. You’d never know a toddler lived here looking at my beautiful hardwood floors. My only complaint is that I do find it more flimsy then my other swiffer products and it doesn’t always move exactly where I want it to but overall it did get the job done.

Swiffer Sweep & Trap

Speaking of toddlers, here’s mine who just LOVES his new Swiffer Sweep & Trap. As you can see it’s incredibly lightweight and transitions from tile to hardwood effortlessly. If my one year old can Swiffer, so can you!

If you want to run out and grab your own Swiffer Sweep & Trap you can find it at your local Walmart! To stay up to date on the latest Swiffer news make sure to follow them on Facebook & Twitter!

I always have a child on my hip! I have been using the “old school” cotton mop to clean my floors and yes, I ring it out manually, with my hands! (Agh… My hands have taken quite the beating from the chemicals) I’d love to try something easier! Lord knows I’m a busy mom, especially with 4 little ones parading around the house. Oh, the smushed goldfish on the floor, it must be a toddler thing. I love how easy this looks! If your toddler can do it, I’m sure I can too! Thanks for the great review! I can’t wait to pick one up on my next grocery trip!

  4. I really want this! I’m a huge fan of the Swiffer but not a fan of crumbs.

  5. I’ve seen a few reviews on this and it has me totally sold. I NEED one!

  6. Thank goodness we have so many options now that are so much more effective than the old dust disbursing broom.
