Who are you? My name is Jennifer. I am a wife, mother, sister, friend, wanderer, artist, activist, organ donor, transplant advocate, ex-designer, bereaved parent and so much more!How long have you been selling on Etsy?
Ive been selling on Etsy for more than a year. But, I have been a part of Etsy for around 2 years.

What made you decide to open up shop?I wanted to find a way to raise funds to help with the charity work that I do. So, at the prompting of some friends, I became a seller on Etsy. It has enabled me to continue to put money towards some causes close to my heart. I do a yearly toy/funds drive for the Wolfson Children’s Hospital in my hometown, in honor of my son, Othello. I also occasionally “adopt” a family though pediatric hospice and help give them a happier Christmas/Thanksgiving. In addition the Children’s Organ Transplant association and some individuals have received donations.

How did you decide on your shop name?When I was expecting my first child, I wanted to name him Jupiter!!! His father was very much against that. So, he became Sebastian and my art started being signed with the name “Jupita“.
After selling for a bit on Etsy, I decided to separate my Upcycled gift card items and art into separate shops. An Etsy Chat buddy suggested I use “dropsofjupita“, because they are something that flows from me..

What is your favorite item in your shop and why?In Jupita – my favorite item right now are the two upcycled checker boards with the barista pieces! So – very -CUTE!
