Mom Spotted Gift Guide Policy

Thank you for your interest in our 2013 Holiday Gift Guide! We’re so glad you are interested in participating with our sites. To make things as easy as possible we’ve put together this post.

This year Mom Spotted & Must Have Mom have collaborated to create an amazing collection of hand picked gift suggestions for several categories. What does this mean for you? By teaming up and cross promoting our sites we reach an even wider reader base with your fabulous products.

With our high volume of requests for inclusion in the holiday gift guide we have posted our policy here so you can clearly see how it will operate.

You may choose to work with one or both sites (we prefer you work with both sites in order to receive the benefits of cross promotion and inclusion in both of our guides). We will screen all products for inclusion in the guide. They must be family friendly and be a good fit for our audience.

The following requirements must be met for inclusion in our holiday gift guide:

• You must provide a full size, non-returnable sample (minimum value of $50), gift card or fee for inclusion if product is unavailable or doesn’t meet minimum value requirements.
• High resolution photo of the product for inclusion in the guide
• You may specify if you would like a specific keyword link under the product image otherwise the product name will be linked back to your site or where to buy.

Please note that product reviews are not being offered (on some items) in conjunction with our holiday gift guide. Due to the high volume of product requests at this time of year we are unable to provide full reviews for each product. Products will be screened and tested for inclusion and we will be personally recommending the products included in our guide.

Giveaway policy:

• You may choose to offer a giveaway along with product placement in our guide. This will increase product visibility and will help drive even more traffic to your site.
• You only need to supply one giveaway prize which will be promoted on BOTH of our sites
• Giveaway prize must be shipped directly to the winner. We do not handle any shipping.
• Your giveaway will receive a post with a product into, links to your site and the giveaway. The giveaway may be bundled with other products that compliment it’s category or theme in order to create a prize package.
