McCormick Gourmet Recipe Mixes {Review & Giveaway}

I love cooking a good dinner from scratch for my family. What I don’t like is when it becomes a time consuming task and I end up needing all these ingredients like spices and herb that I don’t have on hand. Being a new recipe I don’t really want to make the investment for all the spices separately so now that McCormick is coming out with these little packets I’m loving it. Now- it gets even easier! These McCormick Gourmet pouches are already combined. One tear and you have taste at your fingertips!

There are quite a few varieties so when it came to choosing which one to share with you I had a tough time.

The exciting new flavors include:

  • Bourbon Spiced Pork with Sweet Potatoes & Apples: This mouthwatering one-dish dinner delivers a sweet and savory take on the trend of alcohol-infused flavors.
  • Herbes de Provence Roasted Chicken & Potatoes: Fragrant herbs like rosemary, lavender, marjoram and thyme bring a dose of sophistication to this new French-inspired favorite.
  • Creamy Parmesan & Sun-Dried Tomato Chicken Penne: The classic Italian combo of marjoram, thyme and oregano brings bold flavor to this effortless dish, which can be on the table in less than 30 minutes.
  • Sweet Basil & Oregano Bruschetta Chicken: Take pasta night to the next level by infusing chicken breast and spaghetti with bright hits of aromatic herbs, plum tomatoes and balsamic vinegar.
  • Garlic & White Wine Chicken Scaloppine: This flavorful take on chicken and mushrooms, served over a bed of orzo pasta, is elevated with bright hits of lemon, basil and oregano.

I actually made the recipe for the Sweet Basil & Oregano Brushetta Chicken a couple weeks ago and the family loved it so much that we’ve already had it again. Best part is that when we don’t eat it all it makes a great lunch reheated the next day!

    Well, I get one chance by posting, I’ll take it! McCormik has long been a favorite of mine for anything from gravy to taco seasoning! I AM going to try this one, the Bourbon spiced Pork with roasted Sweet Potatoes and Apples! this coming week! I’m convinced I would LOVE it. I have all the ingredients around, all I need to do is add the spice pack to my list! dinner made even easier.
