As you know I’m starting to decorate again! I love summer and can’t stand the other 3 seasons. I’m really a southern girl born in the wrong demographics. The only thing that make the other three seasons more bearable is that there is generally some holiday I can decorate for. This year I started decorating for “autumn” because I wanted to start in September and carry through Thanksgiving when I can pull out Christmas. I love Halloween but feel it’s limited to only October so it’s limited and done in more subtle touches.
This past weekend I started pulling out some more decor along with Halloween decor. The kids LOVED the Martha Stewart spiders I got when I was at the Wilton Tent Sale. 
This is my bay window.
I love the way it looks. I tried like crazy to take a photo of the fall decor but it does it no justice at all. This is in the same room as the Fall dining room decor I showed you.
You totally can’t see any of the sparkle above.
On facebook you may have also seen this photo but the area has already changed a bunch as I’m still pulling stuff out. All the regular decor is away now too. I got this shelf and baskets at Target back in May for my birthday. It sits in the foyer of our main entrance so its the first thing any company sees. We don’t use the entrance though… it’s more or a walk through area instead.
Can you tell I totally fell in love with that doghouse photo of the boys? It’s my facebook profile pic too! The gallery wrapped canvas makes a HUGE statement there.
Once I’m done I’ll make sure to take pics and share the finished look! I also finally picked up that cream table cloth my table setting so needed!

I think you need to come decorate our house. In South Florida it still feels like summer, so I am definitely not thinking fall decorations yet:)

I also like to pack things away while decorating for a specific holidays so we have shelves with baskets and pull out baskets in coffee tables that I use for storage of all the stuff I don’t want out right then!
