*post recycled from last year- but great easy cookies for the holidays*
My favorite cookies ever are Snickerdoodles! Believe it or not up until a few years ago I never bothered trying them. I always figured plain looking cookies were just that! Plain!
Nope, these cookies are a hit with everyone I know!
*If you’re trying to lose weight these are NOT the cookies for you though!

In large bowl combine butter & sugar. Beat until light and fluffy. I used a handheld for the pics but they come out fluffier in my kitchenaid stand mixer.
Above it as directed. If you sprinkle a little extra cinnamon-sugar over the balls before you bake them you’ll get a little added color that I like.
Let me know if you make these! I love that the ingredients are always stuff I have on hand and don’t have to run out beforehand for extra’s.

Thanks again for sharing.
Thanks for the delicious recipe. I made them tonight and they are perfect! We are in a blizzard right now, so I wanted to make something that I had all the ingredients here. This was great. It cured my hubby’s sweet tooth and the kids devoured them. Thanks!!
Can I use self rising flour, instead of using baking powder? Or baking soda?
Great recipe. So easy and the whole family loves them. Thanks
