The Vampire Diaries – Which Salvatore Brother Would You Chose?

Do you watch Vampire Diaries? I do!

Last year was the very first season for this show and I didn’t miss a single episode! I can’t wait until the next season airs on the CW! Until then you can grab the all new Complete First Season of Vampire Diaries out on August 31! But hurry because Season 2 starts shortly and you’ll want to know what’s going on!

If you are stuck in a cave and have not yet stumbled upon Vampire Diaries let me quickly catch you up to speed. The Salvatore Brother’s are Stefan & Damon. Both of which have been around a long, long time. They both fell in love with a girl named Katherine who in the end lied to them both and left them “changed” in a world that didn’t accept them.
Fast forward a couple hundred years and Stefan finds himself rescuing a teenage girl out of a car. Her parents died in this car and she should have too if it wasn’t for the speed and power of a vampire. Is it a coincidence that Stefan saves her just because she also happens to be a spitting image of Katherine?

Stefan is the good boy. The one who plays by the rules and does what he should. Even though people are often against him he is always there to help out and play the hero. He cleans up the messes and makes sure everyone is okay. If you need a shoulder to lean on or help with a problem you can be sure that Stefan would be right there to get you through it.
Not only that but he is honest, loyal, and a true friend.

Then there is Damon, ahhh Damon. The steamy, dreamy, trouble making brother. Rides by the edge of his seat and doesn’t play by anyones rules. Elena did well is the first part of the season staying away from Damon and keeping her distance but by the end you’ll find her lip locked with him against her better judgement, or wait…was that Katherine! Damon is reckless and is never thinking of the end consequences about anything. However, by the end of the first season we do get glimmers of a much softer, sentimental Damon! When it comes to Elena he starts to become protective of her in the end and that brings a whole new angle to the game!

I personally would have to pick Damon if given the option. Damon always treats Elena like she’s strong enough to take care of herself. Not only that but he isn’t out saving everyone else leaving her alone and stranded which is how she becomes close to Damon in the first place. I loved when Damon stepped up as her escort at the Founders Ball. He looked absolutely stunning all dressed up.

Make sure you watch the first season of Vampire Diaries before the second season begins in September. Now that Katherine is back you just don’t know what is going to happen!
