We were given the opportunity to review one of these special PowerCapes. The day after Gavin fell and got his stitches (why his eyes look funny) I gave this to him and it brought a smile back to his face. He thought the cape gave him super hero muscles too lol!
As you are all well aware Gavin is a major Mario nut so I wanted to get it as Mario Style as I could. I asked for red and a G with white backing. Doesn’t it look great?
Here is a full size view of the PowerCape. What you can’t see is that this cape is so incredibly soft and silky.
I love that is DOES NOT TIE around his neck. I’ve seen other capes that I’ve considered getting him but never understood why they would want to tie something around a child neck. I love that PowerCapes uses velcro! It has a good grip and doesn’t bother him at all since all the edges smoothly run together. I took a close up so you could see how nicely this is done.
As you can see Gavin loves his PowerCape. You’ll often find him in the backyard with his arms out running around to get it flowing behind him. I am completely satisfied with the quality of this PowerCape and love how easy they are to customize to your own child’s likings!
