JJ Cole Collections – Mode Tote Bag Review

The Mode Tote Bag itself looks really cute on their site! It’s available in 3 color patterns: cocoa tree, gray flora, pink daisy, and blue vine. I {love} the pink daisy print! I think it is the perfect pattern it if you have a girl! Since I don’t I went with the cocoa tree print. I think the brown/green combo is great!

Isn’t it cute! I really love its slim boxy design. The material of the bag is an easy to clean laminated canvas. The inside also has an easy clean nylon material. The bag is all PVC & Phthalate Free! At quick glance you would think this bag couldn’t hold much but not true. There is so much storage space and organization needs in this bag that you can bring everything you need with you and find it with a single hand!

The outside of the bag has even more storage with pockets on all sides! The front of the bag has a full side magnetic snap pouch as well as two zippered pouches for keeping items close and safely secured. The back also has an additional pocket!

The Mode Tote Bag also comes with a coordinating changing pad. The changing pad is a great size sure to cover the entire surface you’d need to change your child. The material is super easy to wipe clean and dry so you can tuck it conveniently in the back pouch of this pad. I also love that the changing pad has a velcro spot so the pad stays folded and out of your way when your not using it.

One of my favorite features of this bag is that you can carry it three different ways! The first would be over your shoulder with the straps attached to the bag. Then you also get a removable padded shoulder strap. This strap itself isn’t your typical strap! It is thickly padded and has a special patch of fabric that would comfort your shoulder versus straining it. The last option (my favorite) is using the Stroller Grips Attachments. You can actually purchase these separately on the JJ Cole Collections for only $7.95. When you purchase the Mode Tote you’ll get them included! They are simple to use too! Just use the easy clip hooks the shoulder bag would use and slip them over the handle of your stroller. I have it shown with my Zooper Waltz Stroller as it is my most commonly used stroller but I also tried it on my Jeep, Bumbleride, Graco, and Walkabye and it fit them ALL perfectly! I especially liked how its slim design didn’t bump me when I walked and still gave me full access to my basket; not that I had to use it now.

I have tested out quite a few diaper bags and this bag by far is my favorite to date! There isn’t a single thing I’d change about it either! The quality is excellent and the durability matches! The cocoa tree print is stylish and its functionality and organizational aspects fit all my needs!
