aden + anais – cozy sleeping bags {review}

I have worked with aden + anais on several occasions and everytime I work with them I think I know what to expect from their products and each time I find myself getting something much more then that! For example I just received one of the aden + anais cozy sleeping bags for review and I just love it!

The Cozy Sleeping Bags are available in 8 different adorable patterns and can be purchased for $39.95 each. They range in sizes from small to x-large. If you need to check sizing you can refer to their sizing chart. The great thing about these sleeping sacks is that they are a great way for you to help in the fight against SIDS. Since as Mom’s we want our babies to be warm and cozy and snug as a bug we want to cover them up. Did you know that too much warmth is bad for them? Not to mention a loose blanket could accidentally suffocate your child. Not only does aden + anais have great products to help you regulate your baby’s body temperature naturally, but they also help in the fight! I fell in love with the alpha – bit letters pattern the moment my eyes saw it! What an adorable print. I love that it is very gender neutral too!One thing I was surprised at was how thick it is! Its rather big when folded up. Yet at the same time it is super light weight. It has four layers of muslin to make sure baby stays nice and warm at night. It is meant to go right over your child’s jammies acting like a blanket. What I like is that they go up in larger sizes. When both my boys outgrew their sleeping bags I was so upset because they worked so well but were no where near ready for a blanket.

I like that the zipper comes from the bottom up instead of the other way. This is so helpful when you have to change your baby in the middle of the night and the last thing you want to do is roll them all around trying to get them out of their sleepwear.
The only thing I caution on it that the muslin is a weave material so it can snag easily. I’ve caught mine on my wedding band several times already.
