I really liked that when I strapped this around my waist it didn’t go anywhere, even if I stood up and walked around. It makes you completely hands free since you’re not worrying about the support piece moving. It had an adjustable strap so regardless if I was a size 2 or 20 it would fit me properly. The strap and buckle are good quality and I like that they are attached to the removable cover making it all washable. I like that I can easily remove the cover as well. I wish there was a bit more of a waterproof feature. If I spilt something on it; it would soak through. The guts of it aren’t washable. It comes around far enough for your arms or elbows to rest on. It doesn’t bother me in the back either as the wrap around piece isn’t all that thick. It does have height though to offer support to encourage proper posture keeping you from getting sore backs or neck aches. I did bring it over to the couch to see if I could use it in a relaxed position and it was fine. It has what it needs to be supportive and not bulky which I like. It oddly keeps it shape completely. No matter how I move or walk up too, It stays firm. There’s no slippery slope edge I’d have to worry about for baby, although I’d never ever recommend actually being hands free. Plus there is a convenient pocket to keep the remote and cell phone handy!Bonus feature: As you know I love anything that comes in those protective zippered plastic bags! It comes with one perfectly fit to it. So if you’re pregnant you can stick it in a closet after your shower and not worry about it getting dusty or dirty.
