As you know I’m off to the Table Talk Event at General Mills. Sadly I don’t own a Blackberry or a laptop so I won’t be able to keep in touch much. If you’d like to see what’s going on or peek in on our conversations feel free to search #tabletalk on Twitter!
I am flying off from Bradley International Airport in Hartford, CT. On a small 58 passenger jet. While hubby is bringing me to the airport he won’t be able to go farther then security. I know I’m going to ball my eyes out when I leave the kids, and again like a baby when I leave my hubs. I am petrified of flying by myself. I got myself a window seat. Hopefully I don’t have to sit next to someone weird!
Yeah, you heard right. I’m dropping the kids off first. Nana will be taking them while I am away. No hubs isn’t going with me. My MIL just thought it would be nice to help him out. Ugh, here I thought he’d finally have a chance to see what the kids are like. Nope! They’ll be at my MIL’s until Monday night. Then my mom will come watch them while they sleep since my flight comes in really late. So much for hoping.
Oh! and PS. The first marker “accident” happened today. For the record, it was on “Daddy time” I left for 10 mins to go the bank. Figures.

Nicole from Being Frugal Is Fabulous and Toni from A Daily Dose of Toni will be meeting me right off the plane. We decided to team up right from the start! It feels good to know I won’t be alone! Plus, since I’m the last to land out of the 3 of us, I’ll have someone to tell me which way to go haha! I’d get lost finding the restroom if given the opportunity!
Sunday evening General Mills is taking us on a cruise of Lake Minnetonka for dinner and drinks! What a great way to get to know everyone! I’m super excited!
Then Monday we have a fun packed day of:
-Discussion about nutrition, value and fun for dinner time
-Hands on making of dinner solutions
-Group Presentations and Sampling
-Sampling of New Product
I’m *dying* to know what the new products are! I’m a feen for new kitchen gadgets!
Plus, we’ll get to see the Betty Crocker Gift Shop! Oh-la-la!
Super Excited would be an under-statement!
