Who are you?My name is Shana and I’m 25 years old. I grew up in a small southern town in Kentucky. I’ve been sewing/quilting since I was very young. It’s a skill that was passed down from my great-grandmothers, my mamaw and my mom. They all love/loved crafting. What started out as clothes for my Barbies has turned into quilts for my loved ones and now fabric flowers fit for any occassion.

How long have you been selling on Etsy?I had a shop for a bit last year and decided to take some time off to revamp my ideas. This time around I’ve been actively selling for around a month.

What made you decide to open up shop?I share the passion for crafting like everyone else on Etsy and I thought that if I could make someone else as excited/happy with my handmade products that others did for me I’d have contributed something to the world.
Penny – Pretty in Yellow
How did you decide on your shop name?It’s actually a combination of my boyfriend’s name and mine. He’s such an encouragement for my endeavors.
What is your favorite item in your shop and why?
I love Lily – Classy in Black and White. You really can’t get a much better color combination than black and white and Lily’s petals are by far my favorite.

What are some of your favorite stores from other sellers on Etsy?bohemianrose.etsy.com: The lip balms that I’ve bought from her haven’t left my purse since receiving them- they’re wonderful!
notmoira.etsy.com: She loves getting custom orders and has some of the greatest lines on non-traditional greeting cards.
Dirtyasssoaps.etsy.com: Where else can you find soap in the shape of a s’more?
