Who are you? My name is Stephanie and I’m from Toronto, Canada.
How long have you been selling on Etsy?
pandacub will celebrate its first anniversary on August 20.

What made you decide to open up shop?I’ve always loved to create, but ended up with more than I could give away as gifts. So I wanted to share my accessories with others. Etsy was the perfect community because it was very supportive and encouraging and easy to use, so I didn’t really think twice about opening a shop once I found Etsy.

How did you decide on your shop name?My sister and I tossed around a lot of names when trying to name my new shop. I’ve loved panda bears since I was a kid and the name just stuck. It’s a little nod to my cultural background (I’m Chinese) and also a tribute to this adorable, and very endangered, animal.

What is your favorite item in your shop and why?I have a lot of favourites, but right now, my favourite is the collection of Star Sign rings. I love how bright the colours are and the rings came out much better than I had hoped. I haven’t been able to find these vintage zodiac cabs anywhere, so the rings are pretty unique as well.

What are some of your favorite stores from other sellers on Etsy?I have so many! I have tons of favourite supply shops, but others that I love just for shopping include TheHouseOfMouse, immortallongings, jenniferladd and LaurenAlexander.
