Carly’s doing OK in the aftermath of her and Claudia falling down the stairs, but the fall puts Claudia’s pregnancy in distress — and she’s in real danger of losing Sonny’s baby. At the same time, Sonny has to wonder yet again why Ric is taking such an interest in Claudia’s troubled pregnancy. Could it be … that he might be the baby’s father? Hoping once and for all to get to the bottom of things, Sonny decides he wants an amniocentesis done so he can see whether Claudia’s carrying his child or the spawn of Satan. Oh yeah, and he tells her to move out too.
Meanwhile, the implications of the revelation that Rebecca is really the late Emily Quartermaine’s twin sister will be felt throughout Port Charles. But what everyone DOESN’T realize is that Ethan and Rebecca are working a con to take Nikolas and the Quartermaines for a ride. And it’s starting to work — the Q’s (including Jason) are all thrilled by the news. And Nikolas is further taken into her web (oh Nik, you should have listened to Alexis!). What Rebecca (and Ethan) doesn’t expect is Helena showing up — and wanting a piece of the action.
It’s still rough sailing for Michael this week. He’s dealing with major anger issues; look for him to attack another GH staffer we know and love. And this time, it leads to a physical altercation with Jason. Maybe it’s not such a good idea that he lives with Carly?
Also causing headaches for Jason is the fact that Kristina is raising hell all Port Charles. She and her brother Michael decide to pool their troublemaking efforts (which involves breaking, oh, about three different laws), which doesn’t spell anything good for anyone in town.
All this, PLUS: Maxie, Spinelli, and Lulu continue investigating Kate’s sabotage; Luke finds himself in a jam; and Robin, Patrick, and Alexis find themselves right in the middle of a medical mystery … the kick-off for a brand new storyline!
