I know how miserable those sinus' are… been battling them myself the last couple weeks ( allergies are full blown)
Put on a warm moist face cloth with a towel on top to keep it warm… it helps !

happy birthday , the easiest way to get rid of a sinus infection is salt, use about 1/10th a teaspoon of salt in a cup of warm water and find a bottle or something to pour from easy, tilt head and pour int nostril, takes a bit to get used to , but will kill the infection really fast
