If you’ve never heard of it, it started over on An Island Life.
I ask a question….I answer it….and then you answer it too!
Sound like fun?

So, for this week’s question:
Q: Have you ever needed stitches?
A: I ask this question because my uncoordinated self fell in the shower while shaving on Tuesday and cut myself so bad I spent the day getting stitches UGH!
The only other stitches I got in life were all in my senior year in high school.
Once when I removed all four of my impacted wisdom teeth, and a few months later in a Cheerleading competition when a girl came down elbow first into my face leaving me with two shiners and a shattered broken nose. I had to have reconstructive surgery to fix it UGH!
ohhh that grosses me out…i have such a weak stomach. i don’t think i could ever handle having stitches. luckily, the only ones i have had were for wisdom teeth, and you can’t see those 🙂
The only stitches I ever needed were after my daughter was born. You know the ones. 🙂
Yes several times but no for anything “fun” like falling, they were due to surgeries, does that still count? They did pull 2 babies outta my tummy and that required liquid stickes and staples and then I had another surgery on my one of my girls to remove a lump and that required stiches.
Yes.. My sister would die if she knew I told this story.. I was 4 and she was 5.. I was the lion she was the circus person.. I was under the glass table she was on top.. She jumped and fell through the table… I had to get them in my head and arm.. She had to get them all down her leg! Another time i was washing dished and a glass busted with my hand in it..
As a child I was standing on an upside down fish tank. I fell through and cut my leg open. Also I have had two back surgeries, so I have to scars going down my back

Hi Jennifer *waving*
Girl, if I was a child now adays my parents would be investigated for child abuse. I was the clumsiest kid that ever lived. I fell out of trees, I tripped on steps, I fell down basement steps, ran head first into a corner of a wall ….bad memories flooding in…. LOL….
OK here is the story. In high school my friends and I got into a something with another girl, when I challenged her to get out of the car she came out with a bottle and hit me on top of my head. The bottle didn’t break and I didn’t go down and proceeded to whip her a$$ LOL. That was my one and only fight. I needed 3-4 staples in my head and my parents happened to be away that weekend so the neighbor too me to the ER.
yes when I was a baby
lol when I was 6 this boy was chasing me around the playground trying to kiss me and I fail down and busted the skin below my eye! I had those little butterfly stitches that dissolved (i still have a small scar 24 years later thanks to him)and I had c-sections so I had them then also…
No..well other than having a baby…
It has been years since I have had stitches. I sliced my hand open when I was cutting a loaf of bread.
3 times for me. 2 times were for oral surgeries. But my first time was in 1st grade. I was at TJ Maxx with my mom and brother and I was looking at the shoes. I leaned over to pick up some shoes off a shelf, and when I went to come back up, I somehow managed to hit my head on the shelf above and got a nice big gash right by my left temple. I left a trail of blood from the shoes to the car. I had to get 3 stitches, but being a girl and in 1st grade, stitches made me cool! haha
I have a scar on my arm where I had to have stitches when I was about 5 from a cat bite. I also had the minor tear stitches after my first baby was born.
Yep! About 4 years ago I received stitches on my left arm from slipping on the kitchen floor where I fell into splints of a broken plate.
I have u on my blog, will u linked back?
