Having a 10 year old boy who loves his guitar we’ve had quite the experience with different models and games both real and game mode. What we haven’t experienced was one that could do both. Until now! With the Power Gig: Rise of the SixString. Yes, you heard me this isn’t a toy guitar that you push buttons to play like you do on other systems this is a working electric guitar! The music selection is great with a lot of bands that my husband and I already love. Some songs do have lyrics that may be considered inappropriate for younger children so I do recommend parent supervision for younger kids. Overall though this is a game for teens and up though.
