Score Sports – Soccer Player Bag No.8650 – Review & Giveaway

Our home is a big soccer house. We don’t really get wrapped up into sports and we don’t watch them on TV at all. Give us a good game of soccer and we’re there. Maybe because in our community we don’t have a football team for the kids or both the hubs and I weren’t grown up in homes watching sports…although you should meet my Dad now!

My nine year old son, Johnny, is big into soccer. He finally got off the town team and tried out for a much more serious team last year. This year my hubby is even helping coach the team. This summer he started a two week full day camp and we realized all the other players had these great bags while Johnny was stuffing his stuff into his old school bag. It wasn’t working. We needed to find him a bag. Of course I turned to Score Sports. Last year we got our awesome Soccer Goal he’s been using to practice. When I saw the Soccer Player Bag No.8650 in red I knew it would be perfect. Right now his team color is red. If he’s still playing, which I know he will be, in high school his school colors will be red and white. This bag was a great size and could not only hold everything he needs now…but be a quality soccer bag he can grow into.

This bag has so much room he can pack it with both his practice and game uniform, a towel and spare clothes. The bag material is thick and even when we’ve filled it to the seams we don’t feel as though it will rip at all. It has a nice coating to protect it from wetness too.

There is a large side pocket that can easily hold your team ball in. The front larger pocket I wish I took a better picture. It’s like a built in wallet. There is room for an ID, credit cards, keys, and more. The smaller pocket is good for things like your cell phone or iPod.

LOVE this side. Johnny’s cleats reek after running and sweating in them. Being able to keep them in the bag in a ventilated side pocket is a major bonus! Under the pouch is a zip away bag net. It snaps into the buckles you see at the top.

I really like that there are padded shoulder straps. When you have a big bag it is easy to over stuff and makes it really heavy. This can definitely help from digging into your shoulder. It also has the padded handle straps too depending on how you prefer to carry it. As you can see this is a great bag and matches his uniform perfectly. It has helped us so much keeping all of his soccer things together and making sure he’s always ready for the next game or practice.
