Yum! Strawberry Banana Smoothie Recipe!

Remember I got that awesome PowerEdge™ 700 Blender by Cuisinart?
Well my kids really wanted to make Strawberry Banana Smoothies and you would think there would be a general basic recipe somewhere for this. They are all different. Each tasting somewhat different as well.

I thought since after many trials with what we thought would be an easy find we’d share what we like best.

  • We took just over 2 cups over Dannon Light Strawberry Yogurt
  • 2 bananas cut up
  • splash of orange juice
  • splash of milk
  • fill to top with frozen strawberries
We definitely like the slight tang the orange juice adds to it and missed it when the recipes didn’t include it. We also saw a difference from fresh strawberries and frozen.
Doesn’t it look yummy?
I love the way it looks in my new PartyLite Margarita Glasses! Remember you can still enter to win the complete Margarita Gift Set from PartyLite! If I had some fresh fruit on hand I would have decorated the top with it.
How do you make you strawberry smoothies?
How do you fancy them up when serving?
Do you want me to post more milkshake & smoothie recipes?
If you didn’t try my Mint Chocolate Milkshake you should….it’s our favorite to date!
