Thursday Tips Series! Twitter Linking!

So, sorry but this week is a quick tip. Work is absolutely crazy and its 12:39am as I type this I have to be up at 6 am and get two boys ready for school. Its picture day so its extra special. LOL. Then I have to drop Gavin’s lunch off at daycare, his car seat off at my step mother’s work, and stop by the school office to help on a PTO project (will take 20 mins). Then off to a 10 hour work day. I have to pick Johnny up at the end of the day using my lunch time. Bring him to my Hubs. My MIL who usually helps on Thursday’s is in FL so its more crazy then usual. That’s why my SM is transferring Gavin to Daycare for me. OMG do I have a story to tell you as to why I’ve removed him off the bus that would have made life SO much easier. PreK is only from 8:45-11:45 and then we transfer him from 12-5. Hubs will pick him up and take both boys to J’s soccer practice that is 2 hours long (thank goodness) while I work late again (no TG). I have been the last one in the building lately. Hubs hates it since its downtown. I’m in an office with no windows and its the quiet side of the building. I do lock the doors up once I know I’m the last one. I’ve been locking the main entrance as well so I’m fine. (don’t worry!) I’m hoping these extra hours will cover J’s 9th bday party (nine!!!).

Anywho, I’ve side tracked!

Providing proof that you tweeted for a contest by providing a link!
I see more and more contest sites (like my own) asking for a link to be provided as proof of tweeting. While its a simple thing to those of us that know. I didn’t know how too all that long ago and thought I’d share!

When you tweet and others tweet you get a screen like an excel sheet. Once you hit enter it drops in and gets added with the rest. See pic below.

See where I circled?
It says ‘less then 10 seconds ago‘ you want to click on that. It will give you this:
From there just grab the URL (www.)and cut and paste it and you’re good to go!
Now, you have the link for the blog person to go back and verify your entry 🙂
