The past couple weeks our meals and mealtimes have had an overhaul. I typically cook pretty healthy meals with a cookie or cupcake sprinkled in there. Recently I have been adding more variety, way more veggies, and new things for my kids to try. I think it is good to expose them to new things including food. At meal times I have also been trying hard to teach them good manners. My 3-year-old Halli is practicing using her spoon and fork correctly. She tries really hard and is getting better, but sometimes messes still happen. A placemat is always necessary at meal times. I love using tableware for kids that is not only cute and fun, but also eco-friendly. Brinware is my new favorite go-to brand for all our tableware needs. I love the beautiful prints and it’s really great to see eco-friendly products. We as parents need to preach and practice caring for the environment.
