Who are you?My name is Heather I’m 36 years old. Married to a wonderful man. I have 3 furbabies two kitties and a doggy. By day I am an embroidery machine operator currently laid off, but will go back as it picks up. I love to make cards, and scrapbooking. I started scrapbooking three years ago when I wanted to scrapbook my wedding. I was instantly hooked. I ran out of pictures to scrapbook and turned to making cards.

What made you decide to open up shop?I joined Etsy on March 21, 2008 and love it!! I was an active member on the Cricut site. I would post my cards and get feedback and someone messaged me to sell them on Etsy. I had never heard of Etsy before that. So, the next day I joined and have been loving it ever since.

How did you decide on your shop name?
My shop name is pretty simple and absolutely no thought what so ever hahaha. “H” for Heather “D” for Dawn and Parratt for my last name. Yeah not much thought or creativity there 🙂

What is your favorite item in your shop and why?
The favorite thing in my store would have to be my fairy pin up girl card. I love the colors, and she just looks so dang sexy!

What are some of your favorite stores from other sellers on Etsy?
Lucatedde I ordered a pet portrait from him and he is the best artist I have even seen.
TxButterfly74 she has wonderful paper crafts and one of my bestest etsy friends.
A Thyme To Bee Comforted she has wonderful food and will ease any of your hunger pains and one of my bestest etsy friends.
Nahani Bluette she always has such cute stamps and I’m totally addicted to her shop!
