So many times when we hear the word “costume” we automatically think “Halloween”. Stop! There are so many other great uses for costumes that have nothing to do with our favorite fall holiday! Birthday parties, family celebrations, and plain old hanging around the house are great reasons to dress up!Costume Discounters has a better selection of costumes then any of the warehouse places that blow through town! I remember spending so much time jumping from shop to shop last year trying to find the boys Halloween costumes in the sizes we needed!
Then just after Gavin’s party I was asked to review a costume from Costume Discounters and a bell went off in my head of ‘why didn’t I think of that’! The Child Super Mario Bros Mario Costume would have been the perfect outfit for Gavin when we threw his Super Mario Birthday Party! Instead I spent hours jumping from store to store searching for a Mario shirt and only finding Toy Story outfits!
I was showing the website to my family and we’re now debating dressing the whole family up as the Mario Gang for Halloween this year! It’s been a long time since I’ve dressed up for Halloween but the adult costumes selection is amazing!
Gavin wears his Super Mario Brothers Costume daily. You’ll actually see him in this costume for several other reviews coming up since I couldn’t get him out of it. What I really like is that the element that makes this the “deluxe” costume is it comes with a belly bubble so he can even have the big belly Mario does. You’ll also receive the jumpsuit, hat, gloves, and mustache! For some reason the website doesn’t reflect the gloves and belly pouch but it is included. It fits very true to size so you can feel comfortable purchasing online. The quality is great and it hasn’t shown any wear after daily wear and multiple wash cycles. I’d definitely purchase a costume from them in the future. I also left an unsponsored review upon no ones request on the site because I’m that happy with this costume!
