I had my first opportunity to work with Plan Toys just before Christmas. I hadn’t really had any prior knowledge of the company previous to then. It’s one of those companies that I am so glad I found! Plan Toys have and incredible selection of educational toys and developmental toys. Many of which are both!
Gavin still plays with his Airport on a regular basis! Its on of their wooden toys from the Plan City Collection they have. The pieces withstand everything Gavin has thrown at them which includes being thrown. The orange airplane has gone so many places with us and I would think the paint on it would be chipping or rubbing off by now and its not! Not even a little! This toy has completely exceeded all of our expectations.
Plan Toys has great baby toys as well as preschool toys. In late March there will be some new products coming out! One of which will be the Trimino Bugs in the preschool category! These are great to encourage logical thinking. These are great to get him to think of different creative ways to build it with different possibilities all while making sure all the pieces line up correctly each time. Since the base pieces aren’t the same shape it often made him think before throwing them together. He knew he’d have to line them up when he placed them in top. The only thing I would recommend is that it came with a sheet or some kind of idea book. If you aren’t familiar with working with toys like this it would help to know what to target.
The Trimino Bugs are recommended for children ages 3 and up.They will be available for purchase in their Online Store later this month for the suggested retail value of $20.00 US
