Aloha Friday Seat Belts

If you’ve never heard of it, it started over on An Island Life.

I ask a question….I answer it….and then you answer it too!
Sound like fun?

So, for this week’s question:

Q: Do you wear your seat belt every time you get in the car?

A: Always. I didn’t always though. I never wore my seat belt when I was younger. I don’t know why. When I became pregnant I thought it would be safer and started wearing it. After having Johnny it felt funny to not wear it. I also think it sets a good example for my boys. My husband, however, refuses. He says it’s not safer. Managing an auto body and having a bad car accident where the seat belt would have actually killed him he feels he is well enough educated to make the choice on his own. He doesn’t think the government should be allowed to force him to wear it. The kids we both believe should be buckled all the time.

ALWAYS. Here in australia it is illegal not to actually. Infect the driver will get fined for every person in the car not wearing a seatbelt.

Its the same here in the US.

I wear a seat belt 99% of the time. Laws are strict in CA and the two front seats ding forever if you don’t wear one.

HAHA my husband actually took the time to disconnect his so they don’t make that noise. Otherwise they go off every two minutes.
