Summer Infant is one of those companies I never really noticed until I entered the blogging world. However, through the years of reviewing their products they have become one of my top brands! I have never received a product from Summer Infant that didn’t just exceed my expectations but made my life easier too!

Of course when I found out I’d be reviewing the DaVinci Kalani II 4-in-1 Convertible Sleigh Crib I knew I’d be needing a quality bedding set to showcase in it. Out of so many brands to go to I didn’t check anywhere but Summer Infant. When I did in a review of the Sleep Safari Complete Comfort High Chair and Complete Comfort Playard I was in love. The site did no justice for the cute little safari animals and incredibly soft 100% Soft Organically Grown and Naturally Colored Jersey Knit Fabric!

The Sleepy Safari Organic 4-Piece Crib Bedding Set was no different. I couldn’t wait to pull this set out and set it up. Even from the packaging it was adorable! I put on the crib skirt first. It went on perfectly around the frame and springs of this crib. When Johnny was little I had to cut the skirt around his crib and I was so upset. I loved that this one knew just how to fall around the crib so it gave the crib the completed look it needed. The bumper was so nice, soft, and thick- its amazing! I loved that the patterns are interchangeable. The striped side also matches the details in the rest of the collection.

The Sleepy Safari collection is a beautiful, natural and pure range of bedding made using organically grown cotton processed without any chemicals, so it is kind to baby’s soft skin and the environment too. The Bedding Set includes a comforter, bumper pad, crib sheet and crib ruffle.

The bumper just made the entire crib just pop. I loved it together instantly! The dark wood helped pulled out characters.

The adorable safari animals are what made me love this collection from the start. As you know I have been trying for one last baby for quite awhile and since we don’t know what sex the baby will be I love that it will be perfect for either a boy or a girl. Its the perfect gender neutral nursery collection.

There are these adorable little hanging toys that are on all the products. They make a great design concept to pull everything together and also a cute little toy for baby to play with!

I wanted to show you the packaging on the Sleepy Safari Collection. All the items that I received came in all recycled packaging which I think is awesome. So many “green” companies create these great products and then completely miss the boat when it comes to the packaging. But not Summer Infant! As I said they pay attention to every single detail so that you are happy with your purchase from the moment you see it, buy it, get it, and use it!

My absolute favorite piece in the set is the Sleepy Safari Organic Mobile! The entire mobile except for the part that attaches to the crib is cloth. I really like this. It also pulls all the details of the pieces together into this one mobile. I love how they even took the special attention to make a little cover to the piece you wind up for the music. The site states its an on/off button but its a wind up.

The little critters are even more adorable hanging from here!

I also received the Diaper Stacker. It is a lot bigger then I expected it to be. This diaper stacker is going to be able to hold a ton of diapers! I love how it ties on so you really can stick it anywhere that is convenient for you. It carries over all the great details and organics all the other products have. It opens up on the right side so you don’t see the diapers from the front. Its a little harder to get into but its wide enough where once you get used to having it in a different spot you’ll be able to get in and out of it with ease.

The final item I received was the Hamper. As you can see yet another cute product that makes the perfect finishing touch to the nursery. Most of us moms don’t wash our babies clothing in with the rest of our wash. We use a special detergent and want to keep them in a spot to organize them. I really like that this hamper can go right next to your changing table and be within reach. It has a flap of material that cover the hamper so when you show off your adorable nursery no one needs to see what your baby had for lunch. I LOVE that this hamper has a liner inside so the outside fabric of the hamper won’t get dirty and don’t need to be washed regularly. I was so upset when I realized I hadn’t taken a picture of this part because it really is the best feature! The only thing I would change is the wood color but that’s just because I’m a dark wood kinda gal!

As you can see this Organic Sleepy Safari Collection makes a great complete nursery set so you can completely theme the room. They have many more accessories such as valances, nursery organizers, blankets, and more to go with it too! They even have layette!
