Breakfast On The Go With Honey Bunches Of Oats Breakfast Biscuits

This post today has been brought to you by Honey Bunches Of Oats and their new product, Breakfast Biscuits. All opinions are my own.

The kids are out of school and we are in full time summer mode. Kids in Massachusetts go to school almost all the way into July. Malone’s last day was June 23rd and even though the calendar said summer started just a few days before, the weather has been knock your socks off nice. We’re on a mission this summer- to have the best one ever.

So, if you’re looking for is this summer, you can find us in one of three places. The beach, the playground, or the splash pad. Or we’re having an epic adventure kind of day, all three.

Lola on the playground

Because Lola still needs a midday nap, I am determined to pack as much fun into our morning as possible. By the time she wakes up from her afternoon nap, the day is almost over and it is time to start thinking about dinner. So, every minute counts in the morning and often times, we’re grabbing breakfast on the go.

Honey Bunches Of Oats Breakfast Biscuits are a great breakfast on the go option. They come in three flavors, honey roasted, chocolate chip, and strawberry. Each box contains five packages and each package contains four biscuits.

Our biscuits live in our snack box in our car, along with water bottles for each of the kids, sunscreen, and wipes- everything we need for our adventures! Typically in the morning, we get dressed, I grab a few pieces of fruit, and we’re out the door! I’ve found keeping a snack box in the car to be one of the most brilliant things I’ve ever done. It saves us a lot of time and money!

If you are headed out on a road trip this summer, these would make a great addition travel snacks. We’re getting ready to take off for two weeks on an epic family road trip from Massachusetts to Florida and back up again. We are determined to save some money along the way and for most of the trip, we’re staying with family and friends. I think at most, we’ve got four planned hotel nights (most of those are in Orlando where we’re doing two full days at Disney). Because I’m not sure what our breakfast situation will be while we’re on the road, the Honey Bunches of Oats Breakfast Biscuits will be coming with us.

Speaking of road trips, the team at Honey Bunches of Oats Breakfast Biscuits sent me this great graphic full of summer travel tips to share with you!
