Its super fast and from start to eating time will take you only 15 minutes!First take green and red peppers and cut them and throw them in a 2.5 qt dish that is microwave safe. Then add onion. I’m not that big of an onion fan so I add only half a large onion.
I completely forgot to take an after pic because hubby and I were too hungry! Serve with fajita wraps & cheese. Add anything you like really! My favorite part is the only dish I have to clean is the one I cooked it in…which is SUPER easy to clean!These fajitas are sooooo good! I love Chili’s fajitas and these are even better! I don’t eat the onions and peppers when they serve them at the restaurant. I don’t like onions AT ALL! But I eat them in this ONE recipe.This is a Favorite recipe that both of us LOVE!
