Loaded Potato Soup {Slow Cooker Recipe}

Ingredients
  

  • 8-10 White Potatoes1 Medium Onion
  • 4-5 Garlic Cloves
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 3.5 cups Chicken Stock
  • 1.5 cups heavy cream
  • Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • Crumbled Bacon

Instructions
 

  • Cut potatoes into one-inch cubes.
  • Chop onion.
  • Add all ingredients to slow cooker except heavy cream.
  • Cook on low for 7 hours.
  • Add cream and stir.
  • Blend mixture with mixer. Leave lumpy.
  • Cook low an additional 30 minutes.
  • Serve with cheese and bacon crumbles.
