Ingredients
  

  • 2 T Country Crock Spread
  • 1 1/2 C Panko Bread Crumbs
  • 3 C Mash Potatoes
  • 2 C Cooked Turkey or Chicken
  • 1 1/2 C Mixed Veggies
  • 1 C Cheese

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Lightly coat a 13x9 pan with cooking spray.
  • For the topping, melt Country Crock Spread and mix in bread crumbs. Set aside.
  • Layer 1 C of the mash potatoes on the bottom of prepared pan.
  • Next, layer the turkey, then mixed veggies, and then the remaining 2 C of mash potatoes.
  • Top mash potatoes with cheese and previously prepared bread crumb topping.
  • Bake for 30-40 min, or when bread crumbs are a golden brown and casserole is bubbling.
