In large bowl take the Nutter Butter cookies and smash them up. Add softened cream cheese and mix. I found it was easiest to honestly just stick my hands in and get dirty. Use a small scoop and roll it in the palm of your hands. You should end up with a bunch of 1 inch balls. Place them on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper. Stick in freezer for 10 minutes. Melt chocolate and dunk peanut butter balls in chocolate. Place back on parchment covered cookie sheet. Refrigerate for one hour until firm. Keep refrigerated.
