Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Lightly coat a 13x9 pan with cooking spray.
For the topping, melt Country Crock Spread and mix in bread crumbs. Set aside.
Layer 1 C of the mash potatoes on the bottom of prepared pan.
Next, layer the turkey, then mixed veggies, and then the remaining 2 C of mash potatoes.
Top mash potatoes with cheese and previously prepared bread crumb topping.
Bake for 30-40 min, or when bread crumbs are a golden brown and casserole is bubbling.
