Cook 1 C. sugar, and 1 C. light corn syrup in a saucepan over medium heat until mixture boils.
Remove from heat and stir in 1 C. peanut butter.
Mix in 6 C. rice krispie cereal and then press into a buttered 13x9 pan.
While rice krispie mixture is cooling in pan melt chocolate chips and butterscotch in the microwave stirring occasionally until melted and well blended.
Spread chocolate over cereal mixture.
Chill about 5 minutes until top is firm. Cut into bars.
Notes
This can be easily doubled for a 15x10 jelly roll pan.
