I will have to be honest here and say this was definitely one of the harder products I’ve had to put together. Normally Johnny does all my building but he got frustrated with it and left Daddy and myself to do it. It’s definitely easier with a second person. It took quite some time for us to build.Folding it down I thought would just be a pull of a lever or something and then just push down like it looks like the girl is doing above- it’s not. Its actually quite the process to fold this picnic table and you’re going to need tools to do it.
However, with all that said if you are like me you are going to use it all summer. You’re not going to be folding it up and putting it away regularly so its a one time assembly and then twice a year you’ll have to deal with folding it up or down. We don’t have a shed for all over our summer stuff. It all has to go in the cellar so it is key that this is able to store with minimum space!
There is plenty of room on this table for my kids to have their own space. You can easily fit multiple kids at this table with no problem. Even my 9 year old (who yes I know is above the age range) can comfortably fit at this table. We have had this for about six weeks and the kids have done everything from paint, play, and eat at this table. It matches with our own outdoor decor which is great too! If it gets dirty I simply spray it with a hose. Before we go in we just close up the umbrella and leave it out. It’s received no damage or wear from spending the past six weeks outside either. I read some other reviews and people complained about the umbrella fitting through the hole on the table but we haven’t had a single issue. We absolutely LOVE this picnic table! It has been a great asset to our outdoor living space! It will also remain outside more then likely until around the first snowfall since it’s the best spot on the patio for playing.

The table itself has a simple plug at the bottom so you can easily fill and drain the boat. Since all the pieces are hard plastic it is easily washable and can even withstand the elements of weather if you need to leave it outside.
My boys have such a blast with this 
My boys love the cannon squirter. This cannon can shoot water pretty far making it fun to try and aim at each other. Since it swivels around you can point it anywhere you choose.
It also has an anchor that you can turn in and out.
