{Wordful Wednesday} Sports

I'm so late, I know. Yesterday we mourned the loss of my husbands grandfather and quite honestly by the time I got home from the day I was exhausted and turning on my computer was not happening. Around here it's a good thing I don't have to turn my laptop on during the weekends either as they have become completely overtaken by the boys sports programs. Gavin isn't thrilled with basketball but … [Read more...]

Our Christmas {2012}

This Christmas just crept up on me like no other. Going to Florida this year unexpectedly between Thanksgiving and Christmas for a week was just too much. We couldn't get a tree until we got back since we couldn't water it which meant I was even farther behind then my normal day after Thanksgiving decorating routine. When we finally got it I was so disappointed. There were only a few to chose from … [Read more...]

{Wordless Wednesday} Santa’s Trains

Yesterday I brought the kids to see Santa. We go every year to the Santa's Trains at Look Park. They do a great job of it and we go every year. I posted when we went last year too. Gavin loves going for the trains. They give you a paper with all these different things to find and he loves taking the time to find it all. I love looking at all the different Christmas trees they have decorated all … [Read more...]

ONLY Wordless/Wordful related posts should be … [Read more...]

{Wordful Wednesday} Pumpkin Patch Photography In New England

Saturday we all had to go to Gavin's soccer game early in the morning. It was SO cold. I brought my camera and took a lot of great shots but I found I ended up with some really great ones I wasn't planning on having as a result of having my DSLR on me. From soccer we went to the pumpkin fields for more pumpkins. They have a area to play while you wait for the hayride so it gave me a chance … [Read more...]

And then there was one… {First Day Of School Pics}

Today was our first day of school for the boys here. I feel like one of the last to send them off. I'm sad to see them go we've had a really fun summer home. This the last year my two older boys will be in the same school again. That really makes me sad. Of course in order to get good ones I have to be willing to take some silly ones (which to me are still good ones)! Johnny was not thrilled … [Read more...]

Nubble Light House York, Maine

We love visiting Maine every year. We stay in Wells which is central to a lot of the cute little towns.  One thing we love to visit is Nubble Light House. We went there to get a family photo. Of course the hardest part is finding someone you feel okay giving your super expensive camera too. One of me and the boys I took some time and played with some of my lenses. This is the new fisheye … [Read more...]
