Shout Color Catcher with Oxi for Laundry! Review & Giveaway! TWO Winners!

I wish laundry was always simple. That you could put dirty clothes in and pull clean clothes out. Sadly, it’s so much more complicated then that. You have to sort it, separate things, and watch your colors and fabrics.

To try and make life easier instead of sorting by colors I sort by person in our house. This way putting it away is easier. However, when I’m tossing my son’s full wardrobe in the washer there is a complete display of color going in. If I want to keep his whites as white as possible and not have them slowly turn grey or pink tossing a simple Shout Color Catcher in the wash is such an easy solution.

I’d never used Color Catchers before but the directions on the box were easy to read and understand. Basically take the packet and toss it in. I didn’t have a garment bag so I just tossed mine in the back before putting in the clothing. I played around with different loads. Some packets came out pretty much like they went in. Three were a few loads when I put in brand new clothing that they came out grey. I don’t know if I’d buy these on a regular basis for all of my loads but I think it’s a great idea to have them on hand for those loads you question or when you come home with those new wardrobes you buy your kids and spent a pretty penny on.
