Balboa Baby – High Chair & Shopping Cart Cover – Review & Giveaway {Ended}

I don’t know about your children but my boys manage to find germs anywhere they go. Regardless of where we are they find them. If I can find a way to avoid those germs touching my children I’m all about it. When I saw the Balboa Baby Shopping Cart & High Chair Cover I thought it was such a great mix of style and purpose. I’ve seen and used other high chair and shopping cart covers in the past and they weren’t easy to clean didn’t cover the cart completely and certainly didn’t double as one so I only had to carry one around.

I love that the Balboa Baby Shopping Cart & High Chair Cover doubles as both! I received the Cover in the pretty Suri pattern.
It is packaged in a nice box making it a perfect baby shower gift too for any new mom!

While this cover is stylish and fashionable it is so simple to use. It can be folded up and packed up small. I have to admit while it came out of the box all pretty like this. I wasn’t able to figure out how to do it again. Since the straps are there you can do something similar. Now it conveniently fits in your diaper bag!

One thing I found is that while its simple to use you can put it on upside down and not realize it. Luckily it works either way so if you have a cranky baby in your arms you don’t have to worry about which way is which because it will work either way. The material of this cover is 100% soft quilted cotton. The quality of the cover is superb! Oh, and get this: Machine Washable & Dryer Safe!

Here you can see Gavin really likes the cover. Even though he’s older he still manages to rest his chin or mouth along the flat surface meant for me the shopper. What I really like is this cover actually covers the entire surface area your child has access to! When Gavin was smaller the sides of the seat were targets for him and the cover I used at the time didn’t cover the sides. This left me back at square one.

I really like that it comes with it own extra wide built in straps. There is velcro in two spots making it perfect for a growing child. This gives you the ability to use it when they get older. Plus, now you don’t have to use those disgusting straps and buckles…which I may add are broken more often then not. This leaves your child in a clean and secure environment!

While Gavin couldn’t help sneak his beautiful smile in the picture I wanted to show you the bottom of this shopping cart & high chair cover. You can see that his body isn’t touching the cart anywhere! 360 degrees of germ free!

You can see here how it has elastic corners making it super easy to install on the cart or high chair. You could do it one handed if you had too!

The cover even has toy loops on it letting you attach some of your child’s favorite toys! This will also help prevent them from falling on the dirty floor. Or simply from playing the toss game they love so much while your trying to get your shopping done.
