Organic Sleepy Bear

Now I am a very visual person and often don’t like reading directions but the wrap comes with a little booklet that shows pictures step by step that makes it super simple to figure out. After attempting twice I had it down. Having the label smack center makes it easy to ensure putting it on properly. If you need to visually see it being put on I found this You Tube Video that walks you through it perfectly.

The booklet will show you three separate holds you can do with your wrap. They are called the “love your baby hold” , “newborn hold“, and the “hammock hold“. While Sleepy Wrap only gives wrap styles for up to 6 months I loved this mom’s video for the back wrap:

She’s hysterical. I love when she tries with the older child. While I’m sure this is NOT recommended by sleepy wrap it does show you how strong the wrap is. Plus, you can see when she does the older child the youngest is very upset wanting it to be HIM in the wrap!
If you’re like me and this is the first time you’ve ever tried a wrap let me warn you that its addicting. You will find tons and tons of videos on youtube if you find yourself needing some help. This one is a great idea for doubling your wrap as a swaddle blanket when taking your sleeping baby out of the Sleepy Wrap!

I really like this wrap. Since I don’t have a little baby I had planned on giving this to one of my friends who just had a baby. However, sorry, this is mine. Since we’re trying for #3 right now I’m not letting this awesome baby wrap go. Although her new little peanut loved it and mainly slept the entire time she was in it! The material is super soft and stretchy. I really really like this wrap!
