This week’s featured Friday is Blue Nostalgia! I have to be honest. I am not a huge fan of necklaces. I am big on earrings. This store makes me want to own every single necklace she’s made. I love the look of her pieces. I don’t think I could choose just one piece. I have come to think every piece I featured in a picture is my new favorite piece. Who are you?
My name is Ashley Davis, and I am a mother, a daughter, and a wife. I live on a lakefront home is a small town in Southern Ohio.
Center Circle – in Purple Necklace
How long have you been selling on Etsy? I opened my first shop onetsy in the end of October 2008. I started out selling motherhood and baby bracelets, cancer, and other support bracelets. I did ok, but I quickly realized I was being called to make vintage inspired jewelry, so it madesince for me to open another shop. My old shop namemommybeadboutique, and that definitely doesn’t fit with what I am doing now.

What made you decide to open up shop?I needed some cash so I started selling my bracelets on a coupon forum I frequent. It wasn’t long before a thread aboutetsy started, and I got interested in opening my own shop.

How did you decide on your shop name? Kinda cheesy, but I love blue, and I am inspired by vintage jewelry.

What is your favorite item in your shop and why? I honestly don’t have a favorite, because it seems to change daily. I seem to favor my new items.

What are some of your favorite stores from other sellers on Etsy? Oh gosh, there are so many, but I will try to name a few.
